Friendly. Straightforward at times. I'm hooked on music, powerpuff girls, friends, pink color, socializing, Jeffrey Archer and funny people. I have a passionate hate for techno music, metal, humorless people and sleeping alone. I get panic attacks from time to time, not huge ones but small ones.

    Fried Egg Noodles

Since today is Labour Day, I decided to cook something for Spidy to eat for lunch instead of dragging him to go for another eating session in McD. It's nothing fancy, I am glad that he likes it.

The egg noodles that I used. Can be easily bought in Jusco or Carrefour. I like the "doink doink" feeling that the noodles give when u put them inside your mouth.

    The end product.

    Ingredients:
    Few cloves of chopped garlic
Egg noodles (depends on how much you want to eat)
A handful of Shitake mushroom (cut them into strips)
Some cabbage and carrot (or any greens that you like)
Chicken strips (marinated with oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornflour, and pepper)

    Steps:
    1. Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
    2. Stir fry the garlic till fragrant.
    3. Add in chicken strips.
    4. When the chicken is almost cooked, add in mushroom, cabbage and carrot.
    5. Add in little bit of soya sauce and sprinkle some water to the pan.
    6. Add in noodles.
    7. Add in more seasoning : oyster sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, and pepper.
